What happens at your consultation?
Most consultations run 30–60 minutes. You don't need to bring anything to the first call — we'll guide you through what we need as we go. Our team is fully bilingual (English & Spanish), so feel free to use whichever language is more comfortable.
- Insurance review — We compare available plans (health, life, ACA marketplace) and explain costs clearly before you commit.
- Tax preparation — Bring your W-2s, 1099s, and last year's return if you have them. We handle federal filing and answer your questions.
- Payroll & W-2 help — Small business owners: we can set up payroll, generate pay stubs, and prepare W-2s for your employees.
- Immigration document assistance — DACA renewals, work permit applications, and other form preparation. We'll let you know exactly which documents to gather.
- Notary services — Walk in with your documents. We offer fast notarization of wills, affidavits, contracts, and more.

Subscribe in your calendar app
To enable one-click subscribe links, set PUBLIC_CALENDAR_ICS_URL in the environment to your calendar’s
secret or public iCal address from Google Calendar (Integrate calendar → copy the ICS link). That format works
with Gmail, Outlook, Apple, and most other calendars.
