- Linked company or employer details, including EIN
- A complete history of payroll records, W-2s, and service requests
- Secure, role-based access so each organization only sees its own clients
Our CRM currently tracks over 1,600 clients across the Houston area. Staff can search by name, phone, email, address, company, or EIN in seconds — no digging through paper files or disconnected spreadsheets.
Payroll and Pay Stub Generation
Our payroll module allows authorized staff to generate professional pay stubs for any client on record. Each pay stub captures:
- Employer and employee information
- Pay period dates and pay schedule
- Regular hours, overtime hours, and corresponding earnings
- Federal tax withholdings (Social Security, Medicare, federal income tax)
- Pre-tax and post-tax deductions
- Year-to-date totals
Pay stubs are generated on demand and can be downloaded as clean PDFs ready to share with employees or submit to lenders and landlords for income verification. No manual formatting — the platform handles it automatically.
W-2 Form Generation
At year end, the platform generates IRS-compliant W-2 Wage and Tax Statement forms for clients. The W-2 module pulls from payroll data already in the system, so year-end reporting is not a scramble — the numbers are already there, accurately recorded throughout the year.
Completed W-2s are stored digitally, linked directly to the client record, and available for download at any time. Clients no longer have to wait for mailed copies or make phone calls to track down their tax documents.
Service Request Management
Clients can submit service requests directly through the platform — whether they need help with insurance, immigration documents, tax preparation, or another service we offer. Each request:
- Is logged and timestamped in the system
- Gets routed to the appropriate staff member
- Can be approved or denied with an automated email notification to the client
- Creates a permanent record for compliance and follow-up
This replaces phone-tag and informal tracking with a reliable, auditable workflow that keeps nothing lost and no client waiting without a status update.
Organization and Multi-Tenant Access
The platform supports multiple organizations under one system. Each organization — such as a company, employer group, or partner agency — has its own isolated space. Staff members are granted access only to the clients and records belonging to their organization. Administrators can invite team members, manage permissions, and control exactly who can see what.
This multi-tenant design makes the platform suitable not just for Tina Agency's internal operations but also for partner organizations that want to manage their own employee records through our system.
Built on Security and Privacy
All client data is protected with role-based access control. Every action that touches sensitive records — viewing, creating, updating — is logged for audit purposes. The platform is hosted in the cloud with encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is controlled by verified accounts with email confirmation.
We take the security of our clients' personal and financial information seriously. That is why we chose to build our own system rather than rely on third-party tools where we cannot control how data is handled.
